That problem turned into Kivoon — a public transit app for the Island, with timetables, live tracking, and an automated content engine. Built solo, across a few weekends, with Claude as the team.
In this Launchpad talk, Itamar walks through the whole story: spotting the problem (and why his wife kept asking about buses), wrangling the raw public transit data, getting it into an app that actually works, and setting up a marketing engine that posts Reels and blog content on its own.
